Pricing

Our prices are based on a fee per page or a flat fee per project and can be determined after an initial consultation to discuss the specifics of the job. Factors that ultimately determine cost include length and type of project, any research necessary, as well as if there are any expenses to be incurred. After we discuss the project, we will give you an affordable rate, based on either per page or for the entire project.

Barter: As we continue to work with many growing organizations, we understand that money can be tight. If you are in need of our editing or writing services, but are unable to pay, contact us regarding your products or services and perhaps we can arrange a trade.

Contact Goldenwest Editing to describe your project, any deadline goal, and check on availability of our services.

Send Your Document for an Estimate
For a free, no-obligation estimate, send your document by e-mail in a Microsoft Word file. We will review the document and e-mail you a firm estimate of the cost and timeframe.

Discuss Payment Options

If you approve the estimate, we will discuss payment options.

Editor or Writer Assignment

Once payment is received, we will assign your project to the most appropriate editor or writer who will begin working on your project.

Completion of Project

“Track Changes”

For edited work, we use Word's “Track Changes” feature, which makes it easy for you to review, accept or reject our edit suggestions. We will also include any comments or suggestions within the text as well as on separate documentation, when necessary.

Goldenwest Editing welcomes any and all questions you may have regarding our work, comments or suggestions we made and are happy to discuss any of our work with you.

Payment

At this time, Goldenwest Editing accepts all major credit cards and bank transfers through PayPal. We can also accept money orders and bank wires.

For first time clients, payment must be made prior to the start of any project. For larger projects, we can work out a payment plan of 2-to-3 payments over the course of the project, but all payments must be received prior to release of the project by Goldenwest Editing back to the client.

For long-term and contract clients, we can work out a monthly payment option where all payments are made on a given date each month or if you are interested in hiring Goldenwest Editing to work on a retainer, please contact us to discuss your current and future service needs.
